About Us

For more than 30 years Total System Solutions (TSS) (A division of Manor Park Marketing Services Pty. Ltd (MPMS) have pioneered the introduction and commercialisation of many new technologies into ‘real world’ business solutions in the UK & USA and since 1981, Australia and New Zealand.

In 1991 TSS identified the impending convergence of IT and communications and began to specialise in the provision of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) based business solutions & services. TSS focussed on the more complex automated solutions, such as Phone Banking, Ordering, Information, Cinema Session Times, Courier Booking, Payment and Locator based solutions. In parallel, TSS (in conjunction with the Tricom Group) were one of the pioneers of ‘Premium Rate’ 0055 telephone services into Australia. This opened up a number of opportunities to provide information, booking and payment services, where the caller is charged on a ‘cost per minute’ basis, which is then included on their phone bill.

In 1998 TSS (on behalf of Scitec / VeCommerce) was heavily involved in pioneering the introduction of speech recognition based solutions into Australia and New Zealand. Since that time TSS has been responsible for the consultancy, sale and management of many major projects, including several World and Australia / New Zealand speech recognition solution ‘firsts’.

As well as providing a comprehensive range of automated call and contact solutions, TSS also provides full ‘live agent’ based call centre services.

TSS current clients / projects include: The British Government / British High Commission, The U.S. Government / U.S. Consulate, The Australian Government, Transfield Services and Connector Motorways (operators of the Lane Cove Tunnel & the Falcon Street Gateway).
